of the Board of Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, adverting to their Order of the 4th August 1846, will be pleased to give directions that the same being forwarded to the Governor of Hong Kong,
in order that effect may be given in that Colony to the provisions of the Act 12 & 13 Vict. Cap 93
